I have spent my career helping multidisciplinary teams navigate the scientific and operational challenges required to successfully advance products from early development through commercialization.

MY PAST

I have worked on both the sponsor and CDMO sides of pharmaceutical development, giving me a broad perspective on what is required to successfully develop, manufacture, and launch complex drug products. I have led multidisciplinary development teams across more than 50 pharmaceutical programs, supporting formulation development, process development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing, and CMC strategy for clients ranging from early-stage biotechnology companies to large pharmaceutical organizations.

More recently, I have continued to broaden my experience through leadership roles, where I guided cross-functional scientific teams, managed external development activities, developed technology roadmaps, and supported commercialization strategies.

MY PRESENT

I enjoy working closely with external development and manufacturing partners, solving complex technical challenges, and helping organizations build practical CMC strategies that support successful product development. My experience across discovery, formulation, manufacturing sciences, and technology development allows me to contribute immediately to pharma companies’ late-stage and commercial drug product organization.
